The 4th newsletter of the European disability project “LITIS” is online

Newsletter n.4
Dear all,
We are glad to share with you informations from our LITIS project, which is dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights of persons with disabilities through strategic litigation. Throughout the project’s implementation, we have focused not only on advancing key legal efforts but also on ensuring that our work is visible, clearly understood, and accessible to the people and communities it is meant to support.
Our commitment has been clear: ensure that individuals across Europe—and in our own countries—know about the project, understand its impact, and can benefit from its results. Dissemination was therefore more than a communication task; it was an opportunity to engage with stakeholders, gather meaningful feedback, validate our findings, and connect with other initiatives working toward similar goals.
Social media has been one of our most effective tools in this effort. Through targeted advertising campaigns, we reached a broad audience of organizations, institutions, professionals, and members of the public. These campaigns helped raise awareness about the rights of persons with disabilities and the role of strategic litigation in driving policy and societal change.
As part of this outreach, we produced ten digital banners, which were shared across platforms such as Facebook. Designed to be both informative and visually engaging, these banners ensured that our message reached all target countries and resonated with diverse audiences.
To support accessibility and inclusivity, the banners were created in English, Romanian, Italian, and Spanish, allowing people across Europe to engage with the project in their preferred language.
Thank you for being part of this journey toward strengthening disability rights. Together, we can ensure that strategic litigation continues to serve as a catalyst for meaningful and lasting change.
